today i took the little one to her pediatrician for her 11-wk baby well check. i was shocked to find out that she now weighs 13.8 lbs and is 25 inches long!!! she is in the 97th percentile for her height and the 92nd for her weight. i almost fell on the floor. everything is perfect with her and doctor says she looks at least 4 months old already...so sad. she's only 2 and a half!! she's holding her head up great (bumbo time is much more enjoyable for her now!) and she even starting to scoot during tummy time. AHH! they really do grow up TOO fast!

ReplyDeleteoh my gosh! wow...that is the size Kody was at his 4 month check up! He was 13 lbs 11 ozs & measured 24 1/2 inches! In all fairness he was born at 4lbs 15 ozs 17 inches long...but still wow!
