well, i had my first of braxton hicks contractions a few days ago. as i laid in bed in the early morning, i felt my entire uterus cramp up into a very tight ball. for a moment i thought the worst was about to come...but i softly massaged my belly while talking to little baby b...and it slowly dissipated. thank goodness, there were no others after that as it was so uncomfortable!! only about 110 days left to go...YIKES!
contractions are so much fun! I hate to tell you they only get worse! They hurt more as it gets closer & squeeze the crap out of you! Sometimes you can't move! But all well worth it!!! :)
