Cruisin'

Baby weight is funny thing. It's not about thinking I'm fat or have any issues with my weight. I'm fine with what I weigh, I'm confident in my skin and LOVE that my body was used to house my daughter for 9 months and then went on to feed her for another year. It's an amazing, sexy thing. But every woman wishes she could lose a few pounds here or there (and if they don't wish that, than we hate them! jk...kinda) and after gaining about 40 lbs when I had Little Miss B, my body changed and I was feeling like I wanted to exercise and feel a little more comfortable in my "new" weight.

Luckily for me a lot came off with my breastfeeding. What an amazing diet! I had lost about 20 lbs of my weight within the first 6 weeks just due to breastfeeding. That baby was sucking the weight right off. But when she stopped sucking around her 1st birthday, the weight stayed put.

So, I went out and bought this bad boy...or is it girl? ;)

A darling pink Schwinn beach cruiser. Seriously, I feel like I'm 10 again when we go riding around the local regional park or down the Santa Ana river bend. It's an relaxing ride and I love it! It's a great non-impact workout and such a fun family activity! Try it!
